What are your Terms and Conditions?

• All tours are subject to a minimum number of passengers.
• All tour, flight, and accommodation bookings and prices are subject to availability and may change.
• Tour departure and arrival times are approximate.
• Luggage and personal possessions are carried at your own risk.
• Genesis Travel Solutions (Pty) Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to luggage or personal possessions of passengers. Please ensure that valuables and travel documents are kept safe at all times.
• All tour prices include VAT (Value Added Tax), which is non-refundable.
• Payments can be made using American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Diners Club credit cards.
• Cash payments are to be made in South African Rands unless alternative arrangements have been made.
• Full payment is to be made directly to the guide at the commencement of the tour, unless otherwise arranged.
• For extended tours:
  • A deposit of 20% of the total tour amount is required upon booking.
  • Cancellation fees for extended tours are calculated as follows:
    • 60 to 31 days before the tour: 25%
    • 30 to 15 days before the tour: 50%
    • 14 to 2 days before the tour: 75%
    • 2 days or less before the tour: 100%

What are the check-in/check-out times for hotels?

• In South Africa, hotel check-in begins at 14:00, and check-out is required before 11:00 in the morning.

Are there specific booking times?

• Bookings can be made 7 days a week. We also offer self-drive packages, tailor-made tours, incentive group tours, and conference packages.

Are your vehicles insured for passenger liability?

• Yes, all our vehicles are insured substantially for passenger liability.

Are there special prices for children?

• Special prices for children are available upon request.

Are foreign language guides available for multilingual tours?

• Yes, we offer guides fluent in German, French, Spanish, and other languages for multilingual tours.

Are your tours of Cape Town conducted by a SATOUR registered tourist guide?

• Yes, all our tours are conducted by SATOUR registered tourist guides in comfortable, air-conditioned vehicles or luxury coaches.
